# View Public and Company (Private) Reports
## Public and Participant Company (Private) Reports
This guide shows you how to view the official ISP reports that your company has access to.
Begin by navigating to the **Reports** tab from the *Analytics* page.
There are 2 types of reports:
* **Public reports** are viewable by all companies and contain anonymized data so that no company is identifiable.
* **Participant Company (Private) reports** contain only your company's data and can only be viewed by members of your company or the ISP Administrator.
Private (Company) reports with your company's data CANNOT be accessed by other member companies.
The process for viewing both report types is identical — the steps below apply to both Public and Participant Company (Private) reports.
## Find the Report
You have the choice between two viewing options: gallery view and table view.
Utilize the search bar to find the desired report or sort by report type.
Once you have found the desired report, open it in a pop-up window by clicking the **View** button (from the table view) or click the report card (from the gallery view).
## Parameters
Select the required parameters for the report, then click the **Show Report** button.
The **Show Report** button is disabled until all required parameters have been selected.
## Viewing Report
Once your report loads, you can:
* View the report in the window by scrolling up and down or zooming in and out using the controls in the upper left OR
* Click the **Download** button to display a dropdown and select the report format that you would like to save. Reports can be saved as a PDF, Word, XLS, or CSV document.
If you would like to change the parameters of the current report, click the **Modify Parameters** button.
