Creating a Monthly Report

This guide outlines the steps for creating a new monthly report for the Incident Statistics Program.

Start New Report

Start New Report From the Homepage, begin by clicking on the Start New Report button.

Select the Month of the New Report

Select the Month of the New Report Each report covers a single calendar month. A window will open showing the months available for a new report.
  • Select the desired month for your report.
  • Next, click ‘Submit’ to proceed.
Only one report can be created for each month. If a report has already been started (as a DRAFT) or SUBMITTED for a month, that month will be disabled. Reports can not be created for months that have not begun yet.

Edit Report Page

Edit Report Page Once your new report has been created, you will be redirected to the Edit Report Summary page.
  • At the top left of the screen the Month, Year, and Report Status are displayed.
  • From the Summary page, users can see a summary of all of the hours, incident counts, and operation categories for the monthly report.
Users can navigate to Operation Categories (regions) of the monthly report by clicking the Edit button next to the corresponding operation category on the Summary Page OR using the region navigation tabs at the top of the Edit Report screen.
